I offer a safe, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere for positive changes to take place. Realized success is evidenced in your personal growth and your positive changes made through treatment. I have developed a strong network of referrals from existing and former clients. Treatment is provided utilizing a variety of approaches. I work with senior citizens, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.

Children, adolescents, and adults of all ages are all encouraged to use appropriate means to mitigate stress, manage anxiety, improve mood, and promote resilience.

Life can be challenging, confusing, and unexpected. These difficulties can cause distress and interfere with the quality of life we desire. I believe therapy is a safe place to process experiences while examining thoughts and feelings to develop a deeper insight into ourselves, others, and the world.

I have experience with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship issues, and have specialized training in co-occurring treatment with a certification as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).

I utilize a variety of treatment techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional regulation in order to aid in increasing your quality of life in a caring, genuine environment.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I have experience providing treatment to both adults and adolescents struggling with issues related to conduct, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I have a passion for working with adolescents and believe that creating meaningful therapeutic connections allow them to feel safe exploring struggles related to mental health and the impact of these struggles on their functioning.

I use a combination of modalities in working with individuals and families including techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), MATCH-ADTC model, and strength-based approaches.

When not working I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my pug.
